Crack a Joke with Laundry Chutes

2022 is quickly coming around! It seems only natural to look back on 2021 and celebrate each and every success.

Rather than boring you with a run down of the year for Laundry Chutes, we thought we would play a little game. Think of it as a combination of 2 truths, 1 lie and a good old Christmas cracker joke. Out of the following successes that we mention, we want you to decide which are real, and which are Laundry Chutes’ version of some Christmas fun.

We can certainly say that the last 18 months have been difficult and strange for all businesses and families. With the constant anticipation of what our future holds in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic, our lives were put to a halt. However, lucky for us, and other home improvement companies too, the boom in home building and renovating means that we have had our most successful year yet. We are so happy that UK residents are now realising the true potential of our chutes; not only do they give your home a unique ‘wow-factor’, but also make the laundry chore easier to manage and much more fun.

Due to our successful year, we have now had the opportunity to increase our warehouse capacity; this will always ensure immediate delivery of our chutes. By doing so, we are negating long lead times experienced by other suppliers. The higher demand we are receiving for our chutes meant that it was only right for us to expand our space.

Similarly, the rise in popularity of our Laundry Chutes has meant that we have looked to other locations in which we can provide our services to. We are always looking to expand our company and share our service worldwide. To achieve this goal, this year we launched a huge advertising campaign in Tokyo, as we seek to expand in Asia. The futuristic nature of the city meant that the traction we have received so far is phenomenal.

This job couldn’t have been achieved alone- 2021 brought Laundry Chutes the opportunity to out-source a professional, enthusiastic, creative and funny marketing company, Marketing Adventures. The team have helped us grow our company and spread the message of how to ‘Manage Laundry Smarter’. The campaign in Tokyo initially felt almost impossible, however, with a unique product, passionate team and great marketing, anything is possible! Now feels like the right time to give our social media platforms a cheeky plug (we can’t let this hard work go unnoticed)! Our social media links are located at the bottom of our website.

Now, onto one of our biggest achievements this year… Laundry Chutes are proud to say that we were nominated AND WON the award for the ‘Best New Home Product’ presented by former US President Barack Obama! Having a product that is the most popular in The States and being awarded by Obama himself was a real eye-opener for us in terms of how far we have come. We celebrated this success very well and only aim to keep growing, striving and achieving.

From this spectacular achievement, Laundry Chutes were then featured on a news report titled ‘Best New Product For The Home’. The report consisted of our company, when we established, our products and our journey; being widely recognised for our service is always rewarding. The interview meant that we got to fully explain the process of installation, the ins and outs of a chute and why we believe that they are the new and upcoming home improvement.

Moving onto our client sector, unfortunately the best job we have had this year we cannot tell you about as we often have requests for confidentiality as they are in the public eye. Who could it be? A celebrity? A sportsperson? Royalty? We can’t say, but why don’t you do the right thing and join them? Our chutes are accessible for everyone as we have 3 different package styles that are ready to be personalised for your home.

And finally, one of our biggest projects of 2021 was making the buying and installing process as easy as possible for our customers. The launch of our online shop has meant that in 4 simple clicks, you can be buying your bespoke laundry chute in minutes.
